uses a multi disciplinary approach to explore and interpret human behaviour, and consider the design and application of environments, technology and tools that encourage interaction. Her work has spanned medical environments, transport systems, museum environments, auditory and tactile interaction mechanisms, and social computing. She previously worked as Project Manager and Research Scientist at HP Labs and was Program Chair for the Designing for User Experience conference in 2005.
